"My goal with online training is that anyone can learn the basics of shooting. During the exercises we help the formation and development of the shooting technique and its elevation to a functional level with sports-specific and target gymnastics. I constantly come across many different techniques and individual methods all over the world, so my priority is to help everyone put together a training method according to their own needs and abilities.
